Steve helped us get the Trunk Bunk to work in our ID Buzz. We added 4 inch extentions to the front legs and it works great. We chose the 5' length and use the folded middle seats as part of the bed. The back seats were taken out. Mostly we leave it as a bench, and then pull it out when we need the bed. Love it!

I purchased the 5.5ft Trunk Bunk for my ‘09 Element. It fits perfectly with plenty of room for all my camping/ travel supplies. I’m 5’8” and sleep very comfortably on it.
Easy assembly and it slides in and out of the car easily! If you travel around a fair bit, this is your ticket for comfort and functionality.

This place and all its employees are completely amazing. I love my camper van as it was completed to perfection. I loved working with the different experts who were always kind enough to answer my questions and guide me along the way. Their teamwork is something to behold. From my first contact when I was told if I bought a stripped down cargo van with nothing but panels, they could outfit it. They did NOT disappoint. I'd add a picture but it just wouldn't do justice. I'd mention people by name, but I know there were others who also worked on my van behind the scenes. I don't want to slight anyone. Thank you Camp N Car.

I have been using a Trunk Bunk and Van Shelf in my Honda Pilot for several years when I head out to trailheads and parks. I get a comfortable place to sleep and still have plenty of floor space for trail tools, backpacking gear and photography equipment.
When my Pilot reaches the end of it's road, I'll reach out for a van project.

Steve and Team Camp N Car are an amazing company to buy from. Super trustworthy, very organized, efficient, and experts in their domain. I purchased a quality van conversion from Camp N Car in 2022 which I was very happy with the build, buying process, and follow up support. Unfortunately, I now have some health issues and decided to sell the van this spring (2024). After talking to Steve one of the owners, I decided to utilize Camp N Car's consignment program to sell the van which was a really great experience the entire way. They even helped drive the van up from the Bay Area to their shop in Washington for me. They took care of all of the details of professionally listing and showing the van, and quickly and successfully sell the van to a good home. Steve and team are really great humans and run a well managed business with high quality products and services and support. I highly recommended Camp N Car if you are in the market for any of their offerings.

we love our frontier futon!! it was much easier to assemble than i was expecting to be honest. we were able to put together the whole thing and install it in our van in just a few hours. it fits both me and my 6’2 boyfriend very comfortably, all while also maximizing the space in our chevy express van. the customer service is also phenomenal! steve is so helpful and kind!! we will definitely coming back to camp n car for our next expansion project!

We needed help on a medium size project for our Promaster camper van. Namely, installing a B2B charger and changing to Lithium, building a sturdy kitchenette, and installing a bench and fridge. Camp N Car went above and beyond on all aspects of the project. Great communication and up front pricing. They worked with us to tailor the project to our needs. The work is perfect, and fit and finishing is very nice.
